Do I need a structural engineer before contacting a structural steel fabricator?
You can contact STEELO to discuss your project, but a qualified structural engineer will normally need to provide the structural drawings, calculations and steel specifications. As structural steel fabricators, STEELO uses this information to prepare production details and manufacture the steelwork. We do not assume the structural engineer’s design responsibility.
Do you deliver structural steel to site?
Yes. STEELO provides scheduled structural steel delivery to construction sites and residential properties, with two-hour delivery slots available where applicable. Arrangements depend on the location, site access and requirements of the order.
Do structural steel fabricators also install steelwork?
Some structural steel fabricators only manufacture and supply steelwork. STEELO can also provide professional erection and optional structural steel installation for suitable projects when this is included within the agreed quotation and scope.
