Steelo Ltd management acquires business and assets of Builder’s Beams Ltd to better serve the UK’s South East structural steel market.
The management team of Steelo Ltd, a structural steel fabricator based in London, has acquired Builders Beams from August 2019. – “This is the first step of a greater plan, which is to build a group of companies that will provide an exceptional service in the steel industry” – says Michael Krajewski, CEO and founder of Steelo Ltd.
Following the acquisition, the focus will be on making Builder’s Beams great again, preserving the heritage and long-lasting relationships with the Client base built over the years. The acquisition preserved the positions of the wonderful and experienced staff at Builder’s Beams.

Daniel Smith, Oliver Haunch and Philip Stephenson of Grant Thornton UK LLP were appointed joint administrators of Builder’s Beams Limited (the Company) on 8 August 2019 and, immediately following their appointment sold the business and assets of the Company to Builder’s Beams Services Limited.
