Steel frame escape towers for high rise buildings
EVACSTAC™ is a client of ours that developed an innovative prefabricated, retrofitted escape tower that allows the safe evacuation of all residents from high-risk or high-rise buildings with a single staircase.
Steelo Modular produces the core structural steel frame for the towers in modular pieces for the structures before delivery to the site for assembly.

Pre-fabricated balcony stubs and arms for rapid on-site installation
Sapphire Balconies are a global leader in the supply of glide-on balconies for residential buildings. Their innovative rigid balconies utilise a rapid install system that anchors the structure using steel arms and a Balcony Cassette®.
