Congratulations to our newest team member Kate for passing her probation period and completing our long-standing initiation traditions!

Our initiation process includes three tasks:

1. Recite our core values. Our five core values encompass everything we stand for at Steelo. We often find that people who join us at Steelo already live by these core values without ever knowing.
2. Paint a beam. Showing wiliness to step in where needed and physically make your mark at Steelo.
3. Ask the team. We ask everyone in attendance if they are ready to welcome you into the team (if you have made it this far, it is always a ‘yes’)!
